"Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean Staff was very nice. Amazing view of the water. The only thing that was a problem was the bed, it was sagging in the middle. "

"Not the best vacation! This was our second time staying here and it was not the same experience unfortunately! I called letting them know we would be there earlier than check in and the lady on the phone assured me that between 12:30-1 they flip a lot of rooms I would just have to pay a $25 early check in fee. That was not the case we sat for hours walking up numerous times asking if a room was available yet as me and my family sat in the lobby. I watched numerous people check in early as I was still told there were no rooms available. Our room was clean but had no water pressure so showering was terrible. The pool area is a free for all now that there is a bar in there! Parents are to busy drinking than watching their children. It was very busy and parents were letting their kids go down the slide 10 kids at a time. My son got kicked in the face because of this going on. I had parents move our stuff off chairs when we were in the pool one day. This trip was so bad that we left a day early and called it a loss. The check out guy was nice. Also had a terrible experience with them trying to still charge me for the 4th day of parking and the lady on phone was rude telling me it don’t show we checked out early and that she would have to make sure our room key wasn’t used in order to refund me for parking. Just all around not a good experience and this was our second time here planning to be our yearly family vacation. "

"Breakfast wasn’t very good. We skipped it the 2nd day. Room was ok outside of bathroom. Needs refreshed or something- didn't seem clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guess I missed the parking fees. They charged $15 a day, which is cheaper than the $20 general parking in the area I guess. "

"Parking was convenient, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and an absolute joy. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Great hotel, close to downtown and the park. "

"Parking was easy and we could walk to the Smokies from the hotel and found a nice path that went a long way up and even to Rainbow Falls (but that is a long hike!). Easy walk to the main street as well and there was a nice short cut to drive to other parts of town avoiding the stop and go of the main drag."

"We had an issue with the internet connection I asked the front desk ten times and they told it gets not connection in the rooms when is too busy and some computers are not compatible with their internet, I also told them that the tv didn’t hve internet so definitely something with that room that they need it to check, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We work remote so this wasn’t a good ex for us. "
