"Really disappointed in this last stay. We were put into a different building than i expected. The staff didn't have a lot of information, and then they tried to sell me on a time share. Theu seemed to care more about selling us on a timeshare than helping us with our room. "

"We stayed in a "pool side" room. It was on the third floor, very hot and very, very humid from the pool. The room's carpets were very well worn and there were rust marks everywhere there was a hinge or anything metal. Could really use a refresh. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. You do have to remove ALL food from cars b/c of bears in the area. "

"Check was simple and quick with the online option. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. There was an indoor pool but we did not get time to enjoy. The breakfast was terrible. And they didn’t keep it stocked for their breakfast time. We ended up walking to Starbucks for breakfast. "

"No breakfast, there were pic of a food area which led me to believe there was breakfast but it was alacart. The pool had so much chlorine I could only stay 5 min. It was also crowded. They served beer in there cafe so at 7pm I went to bed because I had to be up super early and there were people screaming woohooo at the pool repeatedly. The room smelled so loud of cleaning fluids it made me sick. The door to the creek side balcony wouldn't open without force. The toilet kept clogging,they had no maintenance so we had to repeatedly plunge the toilet. No coffee service in the lobby. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst. "

"The rooms were clean ! Breakfast was my favorite !!!!! The bartenders were great my kids loved the pool !"

"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location."
