About this property

The Bahamian Farm House

  • Bohemian Bahamian Farmhouse on an old abandoned farm. Wild horse included.
    Richly detailed and filled with light, these unique residences offer all of the gracious conveniences of modern living inside a beautifully renovated historic building. A mix of original architecture, reclaimed materials and cutting edge interior design, they come with stories to tell—but also with room for you to tell your own.
    This house was built by a wonderful couple from England. Pat Rose built her dream house with furniture, floors and antique windows from Indonesia and England.
    It's artsy in a homemade kind of way. No angles are perfect but somehow it inspires relaxation and creativity.
    Being away from the ocean makes you long for it and being up on the "hill" gives you access to a much needed breeze no matter which direction the wind is blowing.
