A private courtyard out the back featuring an outdoor laundry with washing machine, dryer and handy cupboard space + broom & mop for your convenience.
A designated free parking space in the alleyway directly from the accommodation, a real bonus in the city.
The apartment overlooks Denham Street, giving you that city-street view while remaining quiet (because you’re above a financial/planning office, not a bar).

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire apartment and courtyard. Use of the parking spot (one car) is included at no extra cost. The laundry is for guest use. You’ll check in via self-check-in, and you’ll have privacy throughout.
