"My stay here on a recent business trip was excellent value for money. I paid a little extra for a club room so I could use the gym facilities which was well stocked and clean. I had a decent meal the night before (nourish bowl), although the bar was slightly noisy it was still laid back and service was good. Breakfast was good quality with plenty on offer, I had a small cooked breakfast and a yoghurt with fruit. The room was clean, tidy with a good shower and a good quality bed. Despite my room being directly located off the staircore I had a good nights sleep with no noise projecting from above/below or via the corridor. The bed was comfortable with a medium mattress and pillows. Overall a very good stay especially for the money and all topped off with a Starbucks to go in the morning."

"Lovely property .. great location in heart of Rye. We stayed in a cosy room .. it was fab, beautiful decor and great facilities. Great breakfast nice bar. Staff were great but in particular a great duo on reception ( didn’t get names) but a blonde lady so accommodating allowing us to leave bags before checking in, so we could explore Rye and an Australian male that impressed us in returning a missed phone call before arriving and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. "Very convenient location for hopping on Ashford International, the brewery across the road is great and you get a discount if you show them your room key, plus there's a corner store right there too. Clean rooms, good breakfast options, staff was nice (though the person checking me in did stop to have a somewhat heated discussion with another employee mid-check in), overall definitely worth staying if you want somewhere to stay before an early train."
