very pretty flat, charming decor and furnishings, perfect as a base for resting after touring the city. great ambience with a pretty lobby that has a statue and mid century lift. walkable to iconic landmarks like trevi fountain or colosseum. wish they had a microwave at no extra cost.

Comfortable for a family

It fit 5 people well, there was enough storage and the mini fridge was good. The bathroom was also good. The location was close to a lot of attractions.

This was a great location! The room was clean and modern, and was nice to get back to after a long day walking around Rome! It’s easy walking distance to the Colosseum ( ~ 10mins) and right near Via Nazionale…- busy street with international stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Was easy to find from Termini Train Station. The owner/manager Alessia, was really easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay here again if we come back to Rome!

This place was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was amazing! Very responsive to all questions, and needs. Alessia and staff thank you so much for a great experience. This was our first time in Rome and you made our stay so comfortable, from helping with arranging pick up at the airport to welcoming us at your doorstep. The place is very centered to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere. Very good restaurants and gelato around us. The room has ample room, very clean and comfortable beds! HIGHLY recommend this place!

The room was extremely small for 4 people, was basically a 2 people room with a bunk bed placed as well. Bathroom very small. Far from center city for us, 20 min walk to Fontana Di Trevi. Very good host, very responsive and accommodating to our request to leave our luggage’s there after the time of check-out.will not stay here again due to how far it is from center and the size of the room.

Property inside was very clean. Building inside is old but structured well. Rooms are numbered and you have to have code to get inside building. Only 1 Elevator fit 2ppl very small. So several trips with more ppl and luggage. Host communications was via whatsapp. She was very fast in responding and offered help with transportation. Walking distance to big bus hop on and off Less than a mile. Around alot of restaurants.

Our room was clean and spacious. We are a family of 5, and they had a room to accommodate us, and it was reasonably priced for Rome. The bathroom counter was too small. Breakfast was not included, and we thought it was, so that wasn't a good surprise. The area is very nice, with a lot of shoppping and restaurants around. I was able to run in the morning because it wasn't a congested area. I would recommend this property, but just verify if you’re getting breakfast.

Great stay

Owner and manager was very easy to reach and talk to. Friendly and understanding. Property was modern and relatively clean. The floors and under the beds was a bit dusty. The double bed is made up of two singles, so every once in a while the leg would get stuck between the two. The only last issue is the old building, small elevator and the suites are on the 5th floor. Other than these few points, would highly recommend.

We found this easy to find, access was easy and the room was spacious and comfortable. The option to leave our luggage was helpful too. Our only issue was the lift was out of order so climbing 5 floors with all our luggage was hard work. Thank You for a lovely stay
