Great location metro station outside the main building and if you dont mind you can walk to alot of the places worth seeing. Girl on reception very helpful. It took us a while to get used to using the door entry on the phone. Room clean bed can be separated aircon unit sounded on its last legs but its not a huge problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Location was excellent. All you had to do was cross the street and you right in the historic center of Rome able to walk to all the important sites. As well after crossing the piazza, you were on the main shopping street.

The place was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and in a convenient area. The girl at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The only problem I could talk about was not being able to Get hold of anyone after 3pm. Directions on where to go once you enter the building would also be helpful.

I had a great stay here, the room was as pictured. Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning ideal with the heat also fantastic bathroom facilities. Both members of staff that I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I will be staying here again next time I’m in Rome!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very comfortable with great AC and excellent amenities — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the train station, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

There were not many amenities; just six rooms / apartments in a big building with dozens of other tenants. There is a bar but no bartender; not sure how that works. Room was very spacious and well-appointed. Front desk person was very helpful & friendly but only there between 8am & 3pm. Access was very different: afterhours access to the building & to the 'lobby' using your phone...than an old-school key to access your room. Super convenient access to Flaminio subway station; about 10 steps! Right next to Borghese Park, 5 min. walk to Tiber, and short walks (15-20 mins) to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Decent places to eat IN the building and next door plus many other restaurants across the Piazza del Popolo. Piazza del Popolo is right across the street which is main reason we picked this place. We had an early morning (7am) departure for a day trip to the Amalfi coast. Best price in the area & great place if your doing a number of bus trips. Many groups gathering that morning. Really old and small but cool elevator. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area but would pick a different part of town for a different experience.

Hotel seems new. Offered good shower gel and clean. The bathtub is too troublesome to use. Location is great. Walking distance to Spanish steps and all. Hotel only have 6 rooms.

Delightful! Great location for walking around Rome. We walked to the Castel Sant’Angelo, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. Plus there was a metro stop literally by the front door. The “hotel” is actually just a lobby and a few rooms on the 3rd floor of a large office building. They gave us an internet link code to unlock both the door of the building and the hotel. It’s not staffed at night. But the daytime and evening staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. There is a very small elevator, we had to make 2 trips with our luggage. When the window was open, there was a lot of street noise, but when closed it was fine. Very charming.

The place is located inside a building with various other activities like offices. So you have a floor in the building where the rooms are. The reception is open for 12 hours a day. Out of office hours you are sent an email with a link to access the building so it you do not have a smart phone you might've an issue. The room has a mini bar, a coffee machine and a kettle and and there is fresh water provided in reusable bottles each day 💧👍. The metro is close by and Villa Borghese park is also near plus many attractions are walking distance. The only thing was the room was stuffy and had to open the window to let air in.

It was in a great location! Close to sites and subway. Everything was clean and it had all things we needed in terms of hygiene. Stocked bar if needed as well and we felt like batman with the cool lift.

This hotel is a very good clean place to stay when visiting Rome. It’s conveniently located right next to Piazza Popolo, and you can walk to most of the popular sites, plus the train station is right outside the main entrance. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Diana, the receptionist, was very very attentive, helpful, and she was always available to recommend places to eat and to provide directions to places to visit. She knows the city very well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Rome.
