Leonardo was such a lovely person to deal with. The crystal suite was spacious and had a lot included in it. Bathroom has opportunities for development, but still a cute, renovated spot. Location was decent - decent walk from beach, close to airport. Having the airport shuttle deal was nice to have!

This is a very clean and comfortable property. The staff were extremely helpful (there are a lot of steps up to the reception area and more steps up to the rooms. The staff insisted on carrying our baggage down when we left.) They do include a free breakfast but this is a bit misleading, as it is actually a coupon for a cappucino and croissant at a small place 5 minutes walk away. It is air conditioned, which was a definite bonus as it was very hot when we visited.

The Crystal room was fantastic. Super for an overnight stay near the airport. Perfect directions for us to check in on our own due to our late night arrival. It was very easy. The flat was very nice and comfortable! Very friendly staff in the morning for check out. We would stay here again!

Very convenient for travel to the Rome airport and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a spot to sit in the reception area. Breakfast at the cafe did not have any options for people who avoid gluten and don’t drink coffee.

We stayed here at the end of our Italy vacation and were flying out of FCO the following morning. Leonardo’s communication and check in instructions was very good and easy to follow. He even helped us get to the airport the following morning and shared details regarding our flight prior. Had the room set up for a family of 4. In the middle of a busy street and did not get to enjoy breakfast.

The host was phenomenal and we could not have asked for a better service. I had problems with my What'sApp and he was very patient and tolerated my lack of communications with him.
