This hotel is a treasure. The neighborhood is quiet and relatively open. The hotel itself is elegant and stylish, situated in lovely gardens with covering trees. Some of the rooms are dispersed in clusters around the gardens. Some have access to rooftop terraces.
Extremely polite, helpful and courteous staff. It is almost a white-gloves hotel, but without excessive formality.
The desk attendant generously helped make transportation arrangements.
We had a medical emergency, and the staff provided help in getting us to care providers.
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Laetitia. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff amazing. Quiet serene and magical. We love Eva who made our stay perfect. She is amazing.
Beautiful boutique hotel with private patio/garden area. Food was great and so was the staff. The property is located within the trendy Pronti neighborhood and is close to all major historic sites, without having to deal with the "day to day" crowded tourist scene. Will definitely want to go back! neighborhood.
Breathtakingly beautiful property, the kindest and most helpful staff, the most easeful stay, and the most thoughtful rooms. Always look forward to returning.
The space had unique vintage furniture and decorations. The hotel was filled with beautiful art and ornaments. The food was excellent. We dined at the bar restaurant a few times, enjoying the pasta and salads. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again.
Although the street was noisy, our garden room was secluded and quiet. The staff was outstanding and always available. Major attractions were within walking distance.
We had an amazing stay. First class service, friendly and helpful staff. We will be back and recommend this lovely place to our family and friends. Shout out to Gloria for her kindness! This was a wonderful place to spend our last days in Italy.

They had a happy hour and the breakfast was really good. We left at 3:15 am and the night desk person had a cab waiting for us when we came downstairs. Perfect location for walking and 5 min from train station.
Incredible. Might be the cutest boutique in Rome. Room was larger than expected, quiet, and secure. Staff was efficient, professional, and just lovely. Highly recommend.
Really cool vibe, really uniquely styled rooms, staff were pretty friendly only thing I could critique is that the floor had spots all over it which makes me think it was not properly cleaned
Enjoyed our four night stay. Location is great and is a quiet surrounding which is no more than 20/25 minute walk from main attractions. Breakfast was good, small selection but enough to fill you up for the morning. Only issue we had with our garden room was the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room and when mentioned to staff they tried to fix it but it still didn’t work for the duration we were there.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We had specifically booked a unit on noble floor with full kitchen, however the major inconvenience was that the stove (not connected to electricity) and does not work. They offered to put us on a lesser priced ground floor unit with stove instead but we stayed on the noble floor. Many things needed repair (door handle falling off) but the staff was kind and quick to respond. One night there were ants in the bathroom, the staff came and cleaned and sprayed. The switch plates on the wall were loose and almost falling off.
Overall the property had an old fashioned style, elegant chandeliers crystal glassware decor etc. The gardens and grounds were beautful but it's not possible to sit outside too long because of small biting bugs.
The staff are kind and attentive.
