"We arrived early and the front desk staff were very accommodating allowing us to drop luggage without taking the time to formally check us in which we did later. The location of this hotel is excellent if you’re arriving or departing by train. "

"The main essentials were excellent. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable ; the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside of our stay was the washroom. Stepping into the shower required a high step over the edge of the tub; the sink area was also awkwardly designed—we frequently bumped our heads on the counter above it while washing our faces or brushing our teeth. Additionally, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Would still recommend to others. "

"This hotel is perfect. I took the train in from the airport and walked just a few minutes to a quiet street to find Ruby Mini. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s centrally located with everything you need and the rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. It has a fun and young vibe to it that made my trip to Zurich feel homey and safe. I would definitely stay here again and glad I found it for my first time there. "
