"We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview studio during our recent stay in Switzerland. The view looking out the windows of the apartment was absolutely stunning. The apartment had a great list of amenities, the kitchen was very well stocked. Although we were surprised at the absence of a microwave oven. We are a couple of senior citizens. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "
