Located on the third floor with a lift, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room opening onto a terrace, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

Just 100 metres from the beach, the apartment benefits from a privileged location between the centre of Rosas and Santa Margarita.

You will also enjoy a private outdoor parking space in the same building.
