"The suite is nice and well done and the surroundings are quite pretty. Unfortunately, the description failed to include the fact that the road and parking area were under construction and completely torn up and covered in mud. Our shoes were ruined and our car needed to be detailed following our visit. "

"When we arrive we had to call someone to check us in and we waited for 15-20 minutes before they showed up. Received the key for our room, walked in and it wasn't cleaned from the last person that stayed there. Blood spots on the counter by the sink. Was given another room, that one was a little cleaner. Walked into the bathroom and there was 2 roaches on the floor. Pulled down the blankets on the bed and there was a roach in it. Needless to say we left and had to go to 2 other hotels in the...

"I left some valuable items in my room and they called to let me know. I had already driven an hour away and instead of me having to return to the hotel, they packaged my items and shipped them to my home. Many other hotels would have kept the items. I will always be grateful to Nathan at the front desk. He was so helpful and kind to us. Thank you so much, Microtel Inn!!!"
