The room was fine, although the bathroom had a stuffy smell and it was not possible to switch the light off. It was noisier than I was expecting, but not unbearable. I also realise that I may just not have been expecting the noise level."

"The hotel is a short walk from King’s Cross & St Pancras. The room was lovely with everything we needed and the staff were extremely helpful, letting us leave our bags for the day and doing everything to make us feel very welcome. "

"Shopping everywhere, mostly restaurants. Subway or bus very close can take you wherever you want to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"Electricity went out for many hours during my stay shutting down the elevators. The hotel claims no fault. There was a fire exit next to my room that automatically closed very loudly every time someone went through. Had to sleep with ear plugs to not wake up to door banging. Some person was stuck in an elevator outside the hotel lobby and calling visitors for help when I arrived. The drain in my shower wasn't draining. The staff kindly removed the drain cover and it started draining again. My room had an unfresh smell when I arrived."
