"Quieter at night than I expected. Good sized room and bathroom. Only downside was a kitchenette with no cutlery, crockery, toaster or microwave dishes. We expected these based on the photos showing the kitchenette."

"Updated to a king supreme room, which was on 14th floor with great views of city. Very large room and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed, everything clean and neat. Bar service very good. Did not have breakfast. Parking next door was a bonus."

"The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it’s small and a sauna on site. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area."

"When I arrived the bathroom sink in my room was not draining properly. I called reception and maintenance was sent up straight away, so while not ideal, the service to amend once I notified them was great. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the stay was great!"
