The view was amazing. Kitchen and toilet very dated, rust plug holes that got stuck in use, not acceptable.

Très beau studio, mais...
Magnifiquement placé avec une vue superbe depuis le studio. La taille du studio est suffisante. Les compliments s'arrêtent là. La salle de bain n'a pas été rafraîchie depuis les années 70 (rose avec un bidet), odeur de canalisations nauséabonde, éclairage très faible, petite glace vieillote au dessus du lavabo, pas d'étagères pour poser ses affaires. Le canapé-lit très inconfortable avec des ressorts métalliques qui grincent dès que l'on bouge. Le matelas n'a certainement jamais été remplacé ( mousse de 10 cm complètement avachie). Pas de chevet ni d'éclairage au dessus du lit. La cuisine n'a même pas un four (seulement un micro-onde). La ventilation du studio est très bruyante. Les joints entre les deux parties de la baie vitrée ne sont pas étanches ce qui provoque un sifflement qui vient s'ajouter au bruit de la ventilation. J'estime que Abritel devrait vérifier l'état de ses locations avant de les mettre sur le marché. Je ne pense pas être le premier à me plaindre.

appartement agréable. sauf l odeur de la salle de bain. déçue de ne pas avoir été avertie du montage de l échafaudage la semaine de notre arrive.la vue sur la mer a été un peut gâche . on espère recevoir la remise promise. bonne continuation
