Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was the number one reason our trip was perfect. Its unbeatable location, the kindness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms were simply outstanding. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. Oh, the sauna was incredibly clean and wonderful! "
"We stayed in the suite on the main floor away from the main hotel which has tall windows and a magnificent view onto the river/Luis bridge, both day and night; the location is unique to staying on Duoro river; its a lively and yet tranquil combination; the roof top bar is recommended; overall great experience!"
"THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable.
Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby.
What a great stay this was! Higly recommened."
