"The location is the best thing going here. We had booked a King room and were "upgraded" to a room with 2 doubles. The room was very musty, wouldn't get warmer than 59°F, and had some strange bugs. The bedding felt damp, but that may have just been the temp.
Next time we need an airport hotel, we'll stay at the Rose. Their restaurant is decent, and they offer a shuttle."
"The staff were super helpful and friendly but the room was surprisingly dated and reminded me of a Holiday Inn. Hardly what I expected after spending $500 for one night. There are way better options in the city for around the same price."
"They failed to honor my Hilton Gold memebrt status. The property wasn't very clean, gym had old and non-working equipment. Water fountain in the gym did not work. For the Hilton experience, I would rate it very low and not stay there again. They know they can get away with it due to being an airport hotel and take advantage of stranded passengers."
"The main entrance is deceptive. The hotel when u walk in looks super cool and well maintained. The rooms though, at least our room was pretty dated with 90s furniture, wallpaper and carpet. The room was decently clean for how old everything was. The ac and hot water worked mildly. The whole 3 days we were there the 2nd elevator was broken so getting a ride was difficult especially the first night when all the marathon runners were there. The pool was on the small side and they had caution tape...
