The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico.
