"Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
"Excellent hotel. Excellent views. Short walk or shuttle service from train station, conveniently located without having to hike up steep roads. It may seem a little expensive, but you get your moneys worth here. The outdoor hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in a very beautiful part of the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge service is top of the line. Highly recommend. "
"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.

"The staff here was overly accommodating. The view was amazing. Anything needed was immediately handled. I would hardly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat at next travel."

"We had a great stay here. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was very stylish and cozy. A bit of a squeeze trying to open two large check in suitcases, but overall a great room. The rainfall shower head was fantastic and the hairdryer is actually strong unlike other hotels. There is no AC, but you can crack open the main windows to let in the crisp mountain air. We didn’t know until the end of our stay, but there is a hotel shuttle to and from the train station. There is a phone...
