"The hotel was located at a very central part of Hong Kong , close to all transport facilities , restaurants and supermarkets. The room was very bright and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One particular staff member stood out. his name was Tom and he was the doorman. He helped to make our stay very memorable by helping carry luggage to our taxi and assisting with directions. We hope he will be there on our next visit to Hong Kong. All in all a very pleasant stay. "

"The hotel is very easy to access public transportations. A room is in a decent size for two people. The only issue is the shower. There is deep puddle of water in the tub while taking a shower. "
