This lodge is designed for the location. A large log type lodge with country taste including high ceilings, log beams wood stove and open main floor plan. Very quick trip for bereavement. Needed a comfortable place to get a good's night rest with traveling 6 hours to get there to turn around 24 hours later to travel back 6 hours. It was great - comfortable beds, easy access to breakfast.

Small motel style inn, check in was easy after calling since the office was closed when we arrived. Room was very clean and had a list with wifi details and such. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet very little road noise if any at all over night. My only minor complaint is the water pressure was a bit lacking for someone with long hair. But I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again.
