Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a shower room with a separate WC. This floor also benefits from forced-air heating and direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 3 further bedrooms are arranged to offer comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and access to a private balcony.
