Villas in Saint Elizabeth

"The resort is beautiful and clean. We felt safe since it is gated. We had a great time at the pool and beach. The entertainment was very enjoyable. There were two occasions which caused us some annoyance. First, the power was out in our room for over three hours on our first night due to a broken lamp. We were unable to shower or have air conditioning from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am. Then, on the second day our key fob wouldn't work, so we couldn't get in our room. It was "reactivated" on three occasions but still would not work. After a security personnel checked the door it was believed to be activated to another room."

The food was not only delicious but also offered a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to be exceptionally nice and professional. Our rooms were always immaculate and well-stocked with all the drinks we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the entertainment team, who performed every evening. Their incredible talent and warm friendliness truly enhanced our experience. This is the first resort where I genuinely enjoyed spending quality time with my family. We are already looking forward to coming back!"

"Besides the excellence of the property and staff, rooms should have an information leaflet informing guests regarding menu/ dining options, important tel. numbers, daily activities etc. So the guests can be informed from within the comfort of their rooms instead of going to the receptionist."

"I loved our stay at the property. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly helpful. The amenities were perfect. The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT. "
