"I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. The home had a lot of character. We had a great stay in Paris!!!! The only recommendation would be to make the shower door opaque to...

"My Maison - Champ de Mars was everything I hoped for! The place was properly set up with everything you'd need, including towels, coffee, a safe, and plenty of storage and organization options to unpack. The layout of the property was narrow and long, with the kitchen on one end near the entrance and the two bedrooms down the hall. For those interested in the view, the bedroom with the Eiffel tower is in the back of the apartment. It is not visible from the main living area. Just a heads up....

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"Great Apartment near everything in the city of Paris, France. It was roomy. However, if city noise is a problem for you, this place would not be suitable. You are right smack in the middle of the city and that comes with city noise. We enjoy it and love walking everywhere. The owner was so help in everything. We would definitely would book it again, when we go back to Paris."

"This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!"

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "

It is in a fantastic location close to the eiffel tower in a quiet neighborhood. The owner met us to let us in and show us around. He was incredibly helpful and even let us check out late."
