"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, cozy, and perfect for our family. My wife, our little baby, and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The only problem with the room was that the outlets weren’t the best. The only one by the bed was loose and the charger kept falling out. I did like that the bathroom had a make- up mirror. The biggest problem was with the pool entrance. You had to take an elevator, walk down a long hallway and up some stairs. Definitely not handicapped accessible and difficult for people with walking issues. That being said we loved the location and would stay there again. The metro was a short walk away and made getting around very easy."

"We keep coming back year after year to this hotel. We have been fortunate to be greeted at reception by a familiar face in multiple years, says something for a hotel when the staff remains. We enjoy the kitchenette and use it. They are very accommodating when possible in the check in process."

"Beautiful room - magnificent view of Montreal Staff very informative and friendly. Liked valet parking knowing our car was safe. Great location to walk to all sites of interest. Very comfy bed. Would recommend."

"Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Roof deck was a nice perk. Strong A/C on hot summer days. Great location in Old Montreal. Staff was friendly and very responsive."

"Great place to stay the night before the airport. The kids loved the pool with waterslide, room was clean and spacious with a view of the airport (yet no airport noise). Easily hopped on the airport shuttle the next morning."

"Overall a very nice hotel, the rooms were large and spacious, the bathrooms are recently renovated and very nice. The pool is very small and the gym is tiny as well and was mostly broken. Garage is also a good size for Montreal. Super confident for both driving and using the metro."
Hôtel Monroe - Downtown Montreal

"It is a fully self sufficient hotel renting apartments. The only complaint I had was the elevator is not up to moving full hotel guests at the crunch times ie 5-7 pm and 10 - 11 am - long waits as everyone wants to use the two elevators at the same time. Other than that I would suggest that guests try to rent the lower floors and use the stairs once their bags are in the room. Great location near the metro and downtown amenities- especially once their bags construction St Catherine’s is finished."
