"The spas and small snowshoeing trails on the property site were excellent for this retired couple. The restaurant staff and food at the Voilier were outstanding. The only disappointment was that despite contacting the staff on site and on the first morning of a 3 night stay, I was unable to book an appointment for a facial or massage. Furthermore, I was told that such appointments needed to be booked when reserving the stay. I had reserved the stay on the morning of our first evening at the hotel. "

"Beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre. Goutte d'eau partout (à la grandeur)sur cadrage de fenêtres et tapis dans la chambre mouillé assez pour se mouiller les pieds 2 pieds devant la fenêtre. Chambre et salle de bain très sombre. Pour la douche et les soins de préparation comme se maquiller ça ne va pas bien mais parcontre pour dormir c'est très noir donc parfait. "

"Staff could have been a little more friendlier. We were unsure of where to park when we first arrived as the lot seemed full. We didn't realize there was more parking in the back but the staff didn't let us know this. Our room was spacious and clean; however one of the lampshades was cracked with stains on it. Also the elvator was filthy-fingerprints all over the inside and food on the floor. Overall it was an OK place to stay the night, but we probably would look to stay elsewhere next time. "

"Most aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations: the location is perfect, the premises are pristine, and the rooms, lobby, and indoor parking are truly high-quality. ​However, the fitness room needs a serious upgrade. While the elliptical and the two spinning bikes are good quality, the rest is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The treadmills, benches, and seated cycles feel like entry-level equipment. There are no cable machines, the weights stop at 30 lbs, and the weight rack is literally homemade from painted 2x6s. The "cozy" lighting also isn't ideal for a workout environment. ​It’s a superb hotel, but the gym definitely needs more "love" to match the rest of the experience."
