Superb roof terrace of 18m² with beautiful open view over the bay of St-Raphael. Covered terrace of 15m² directly accessible by French doors from the dining room => ideal for all meals
Carefree parking in front of the villa or inside (2 gates).
In addition you can also enjoy an independent studio, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet for 4 people (bunk beds).
Gas central heating.
Exterior: Private pétanque ground, badminton, sandpit, darts and 20m² salt treatment pool with counter current swimming. June 2019 installation of a 5-seat outdoor and heated SPA optional use.
