"Hotel Montestella is a solid choice for anyone visiting Salerno. The location is definitely the highlight — it's right on the main pedestrian street, very close to the train station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It made getting around super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Everything was well-kept and functional. While the room wasn't overly luxurious, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. They were available to help when needed, although we didn’t have much interaction beyond that. Overall, a good stay — not overly fancy, but comfortable and well-located. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a practical and reliable place to stay in Salerno. "

"The hotel was beautiful, but what made it so special was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel special and welcomed with open arms, and a freshly squeezed lemon drink. The dining dinner menu created by Chef Andre was exquisite. From appetizers to deserts and everything in between we were always amazed at the mouth watering taste's. Our server Mauro made the experience even more fantastic with his attention to details, his friendliness and knowledge and his ability to fully communicate in English was fabulous. He was also so helpful in helping me improve my Italian. We loved the dining experience so much that we simply chose this to be our regular dinner restaurant for our entire stay in the area. And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy. For an absolute fabulous stay in or around Salerno area I highly recommend the Relais Paradiso. "

Great central location to see Amalfi coast! The view from the room was amazing! I would definitely stay again!"

"I stayed here with 4 other friends and we all loved it! Place is bigger than the pictures describe. Adorable kitchen. Big rooms. Steps away many yummy restaurants and water. We took a boat tour and it was about 10 mins away from the marina. Highly recommend Vietri as a whole when visiting the amalfi coast. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Southern Italy, it’s definitely my favorite in Salerno. Some rooms are being renovated and I’ve stayed in both, the older ones are nice and the new ones are pretty cool! The hotel’s breakfast is also the best I’ve had anywhere and it comes with the room complimentary."
