"The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms were tidy and air con worked very well. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of eggs, stir fried veges, baked beans, sausages, bircher muesli, toast, seasonal fruits and a couple of cereal options - enough of a variety to get you started for the day. The fiafia was great!! Not a lot of vegetarian options in the buffet dinner, but the staff are very willing to accommodate where they can. Great location, just down the road from the market and across the road from the beach. Would be happy to visit there again"

"Lovely team of staff at the outrigger! The breakfasts were delicious every morning and I felt very welcomed! The team genuinely care about your welfare and enjoyment on the island! They were super helpful booking taxis, restaurants, activities and advising on stores/sight seeing etc. Couldn’t recommend more highly."

"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh food, and the staff provided outstanding service every morning. A special thank you to Sarafina at the front bar, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made every visit enjoyable. We also want to recognize Kwon, who went above and beyond to help us coordinate our shuttle pickup and ensure we made it to the hotel without any issues. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Eseta from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job keeping our room clean and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The front door team was equally amazing—always welcoming, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The only minor drawbacks were that the hotel only had one elevator in service during our stay, which caused some delays, and the gym would be even better with the addition of a Smith machine. Overall, the exceptional staff and service made our stay memorable. The team truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samoa."
