"Stayed there as my wife had to stay at Phyathai hospital. Great place. Free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite. Reception staff great. Bellboys and security friendly. Massive clean and nice rooms. Cant recommend this place any higher and would stay there again."

"They could not find our reservation although we did paid in full. They finally gave us an appartment on the 20th floor (the lower floors are rented for offices). The living room and bedroom are clean and spacious but the kitchen and bathroom are not well maintained (doors falling apart, caulking around the sink and bathtub looks terrible, kitchenware do not look safe/clean). We do not use the gym nor the swimming pool. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted."

"no tissue paper no tooth brush. better bring or buy after arrival. checkin after working hour is bit difficult unless you speak Thai. The security guard at car park is polite but he doesn't understand English n Chinese at all. no lighting at all at night time so you may miss it. near to chatucha. free parking... "
