"Environment and onsen facilities are very good. Resturant staffs are very friendly and caring. We have an enjoyable experience with the hotel. The only thing i will pick on is the front desk staff when we checked in, not too friendly and have a bit of attitude."

"We came to Japan to experience the culture. Hakone hotel Sensei was perfect. Beautiful room with private onsen. We also experienced the open air onsen. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was too much food. "

"We (a couple) had a wonderful time in this very nice Ryokan. We stayed 2 days. The food was delicious and of high quality, the private onsen as well as the public mixed awesome very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Yusakaso and thank you so much for this unforgettable experience! Arigato gozaimasu! "
