"The front desk and staff are very good at their jobs. You are made to feel genuinely welcomed immediately. The room was comfortable, the pillow selection was top notch. The area around the hotel is great - this is where you should stay instead of the busy centro. My only complaint is the sewage smell from the bathroom. You have to keep the bathroom door closed and the window in the bathroom open. It didn’t bother me much, so I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s tremendous value"

Great experiences included to round out the stay including on site weaving, traditional music at breakfast, baby alpaca for pictures, pisco sour lessons. Highly recommended! Many Marriott hotels could learn from their example. "

"Very nice property with an excellent location in the heart of Cusco, around the corner from the Plaza d'Armas and San Blas. At times some street noise is audible, but it didn't seem to be a significant issue. Rooms are clean and Staff is nice and very helpful. Called ahead of arrival to have a taxi meet me at the airport (no problem at all). Breakfast is 12 USD per day in the hotel. Would stay in again. "

"The hotel owner treats you like family and the breakfast provided was cooked fresh for you the moment you sat down at the table. Located in the San Blas neighborhood, there are a ton of places to eat and shop and it’s only a short distance to the plaza also."
