"The property was clean. The location was near everything which was convenient. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool and sauna. We stayed there because it was close to universal. It worked out well."

"Downside is no breakfast. Their restaurant was closed for renovations so no breakfast options at all. Close to grocery stores but not much walkable. Nice hotel. Only complaint was the overly intense essential oil smell in the lobby…so bad it was hard to walk through. But rooms smelled normal. Would stay here again, convenient to Universal Studios (driving)"

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"
