"We stayed at the Solo Experience Hotel for just one night as a last-minute decision to be closer to the train station before heading to Cinque Terre. It turned out to be one of the best choices of our entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Their hospitality was the best we’ve experienced so far in Italy. The biggest surprise was the size of the room. It was easily two to three times larger than any other hotel room we’ve stayed in on this trip. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and offered a lovely view. It was the kind of place you actually didn’t want to leave. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Florence with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major sights. We always appreciate walkability and this hotel delivered. Despite being in such a central area, the inside of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence."

"Villa Neroli is beautiful! We traveled with our 10 month old and the room was super big for her to crawl around. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for dinner and even phoned to make us a reservation. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence city center, but still close enough for you to get into see the major attractions! Can’t recommend this hotel enough. "

"Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room. "

"The staff at Hotel Paris was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Within walking distance to major Florence attractions. A bonus for us was the valet service. We didn't have to worry about parking our car in Florence for the night as it was handled by the hotel with a local parking garage. Very convenient! "
