"Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay."

She was welcoming and gave me excellent recommendations on dining options around the hotel. As the initial face and representative of the hotel she demonstrated the high quality and excellent standards of Relais II Cestello. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Firenze. "Lovely hotel tucked away from the hustle of Florence in Oltarno. Great location, away from tourist hot spot & 10 min walk to Ponte Vechio bridge. Hotel was a stunning tradional building, with an exceptional room. Lovely, helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying when visiting Florence."

"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t confirm the address before putting it in for the Uber but would have been a nice heads up! "
