The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they were also helpful when I unexpectedly needed a sewing kit. The hotel is beautiful and their morning breakfast was delicious and set in a gorgeous room with a lovely mural across the ceiling. The rooftop bar was a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal with a view.
