There is no lift, but service was great, and assistance with my unreasonably heavy bag was provided with pleasure. Cozy rooms as to be expected in the part of the city but the location,service, and charm can't be beat. Busy area but quiet in the rooms. Comfortable bedding (which is not always easy to find in Europe). Great value. 100% recommend. "
