"Parking was easy and secure. The room was clean and AC worked fine. Only issue was the sliding "barn" door to the bathroom wouldnt close..."

"Really loud and rude guests yelling profanity at my mother after she asked them to be quiet at 1am. Great location,not worth the price. Will never go back."

"It's a good place to check in since it's near fisherman's wharf, but with amenities, sadly i had to say don't expect too much. The room that we got is kind of small, hair dryer not working, water is always hot like very hot, barely got cold/room temp. Water. But it's not that bad, you basically get what you paid for. No small fridge or microwave in the room but there's a microwave available at the cafeteria that you can us. The only thing i really like is that breakfast is free and saves us a lot. The staffs are all nice. "

"Everyone was really nice and welcoming! Plus, they treated our rescue dog like royalty…we will be back for sure."

"Location was excellent for us, but we were charged for parking, which did Not use to be the case. Their was not a phone in the room for assistance from the front desk....and the television was very complicated to operate."

"The toilet was dirty all three days. Never cleaned. No liners in trash cans. Drains smelled. Hundreds of birds nesting on building pooping on customer cars."
