"Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was nice. The parking lot is huge. Charging guests 15 dollars a day to park there is outrageous."

"Nice place to stay overall. Great for a work trip. Some minor dislikes: There’s no rack with hangers to hang your clothes; I think they are planning to fix that. Staff could be a bit more customer-friendly, accommodating, and polite."

"The hotels good for San Francisco, especially with self parking. It definitely did not have a partial or ocean front as specified on its website. It has a 10 minute walk to the wharf and other tourist attraction such as Ghirardelli chocolate factory. The hotel was very nice for a good night sleep!!"

"Room look just like the image, perfect location by the Wharf, unloaded, parked room was great, like a ship ....San Francisco is back people"
Star Motel

"Gated parking (though it didn't get locked at night) is a plus. Rooms clean, with a big TV, refrigerator, safe and a nice shower. The room and bathroom were small... tight quarters. Loved that it's just a few steps from Bus stop #28 which takes you close to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39."
