"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. I've lodged a complaint with INGUAT (the Guatemalan tourism department) and learned that this hotel IS NOT A LICENSED HOTEL and DOES NOT HAVE THE PERMITS TO OPERATE AS A HOTEL IN ANTIGUA. "The property that we stayed at had plenty of room for our family of four…a spacious living room, dining room, 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen with all the amenities. The best part was the very private garden that surrounded it with outdoor furniture. Loved this property. Since it was not very hot when we visited, the fans cooled the room enough. If it got any hotter, an AC would be needed, which the property did not have. "
