The hotel was very clean but the rooms are a bit outdated. My room was very noisy. Too close to the pool area and the maids did a good job but were very noisy

Did not like the place as they play music in the pool area very loud at 6:30 am, tried to complain and they did nothing about it. If you want to relax don’t stay at Tropico Inn. The staff did nothing about music while I was there!!!

The staff at this hotel deserves 5 stars for their outstanding customer service; everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The cleaning staff, in particular, does an excellent job keeping the entire hotel spotless. The rooms on the first floor could use some updates, including newer furniture, a mini-fridge, and refreshed bathrooms. While the air conditioners are new and work well, the décor feels a bit dated. Overall, the excellent service and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay. I only gave it 4 stars because of the old hotel room furniture.

The hotel is central to the city. But the AC unit in the room was not working which made it a terrible sleepless night. When asked to move rooms the front desk advised that did not have any other rooms available...and at check out I wasn't even apologized to due to the Major inconvenience.
