Only issues - the address does not show up correctly on Google maps so make sure to double confirm the location - we had some confusion around this. Also, we did have a lot of mosquitos in the house - make sure to keep the windows closed at all times. Lastly - the second bathroom is only a half bath - there is a water sprayer in it but it’s not a shower. But overall, it’s a very well appointed, super well...

"Our stay was perfect start to finish. From the check in experience to the included breakfast to the service everything was nothing short of a 7 star experience. Starting with the location - perfectly located to all close attractions, very easy to walk from Rialto bridge which has direct connectivity from the Airport/Train Station. We came from the airport and departed Venice from the train station - both commutes were very easy from this hotel. Staff was top notch, very professional and accomodating. The rooms were very clean, well insulated, and had all the facilities that you need. Also has elevators. Bed is comfortable, although the double bed is two single beds joined together (but we didn't mind that). If I am ever in Venice I will be back here!"
