"El personal del hotel muy atentos y amables. El hotel está situado en una localidad muy céntrica y conveniente para movilizarse en el centro histórico y a los diferentes tours. Además es uno de los 5 edificios más viejos y clásicos en el centro. Si vuelvo, trataría de hospedarme nuevamente en este bello hotel."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! We were left waiting at the airport at 3am and ended up catching a taxi. Also, our toilet (room 10) was faulty the whole time and wouldn’t flush properly. Everytime we mentioned it, they came to ‘fix’ it but it would only last one or two flushes and then not work again. No attempt to move us or offer compensation. "
