Though around 30 minutes away from the falls, the hotel was very clean, had very friendly front desk person and good breakfast

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

Loved this hotel find right by the lower river. It was quaint with a nice vibe in the main lobby that had a bar and tables outside to enjoy the view.

Nice staff

Staff was phenomenal. Beds and overall room were great and spacious. Eating area and food are great. But old musty rugs and upholstery of room chairs/sofa need to be replaced.

I like that there was a swimming pool that was clean and sanitized. The reception desk staff were professional and friendly.

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

New and clean

Came during the off season. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed with loads of pillows. Traveled with a pet dog. No issues.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and very clean. The rooms were nice. There was a friendly, efficient, housekeeper whose name I am not sure of:( but she was wonderful. The staff up front, especially Ahmed, is very, capable and friendly and gave us many sightseeing directions and suggestions. Ahmed is professional and courteous, he and the staff were very hardworking, cheerful, and was a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely visit again!!:)

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. The area around the hotel seemed a bit creepy. Plus it was a long secluded walk from the parking garage age to the hotel.
