"Love the staff, this is the place to be at, our first room was not clean and was changed to a different room right away, if you’re looking to stay in your budget and want to explore nyc it is only a 25 min drive even with traffic, very good spot, very nice clean lobby equipped with very high end vending machines, would love to stay here again, no words for the staff they made sure we were comfortable every part of the stay, thank you again"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly, great location walkable to subways, and awesome partial views of the water. Three super fast elevators, however during checkout it took a bit to catch one as everyone was leaving at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I didn’t have water pressure in my first room and then my second room I didn’t have any hot water . In my first room , it was clothes from previous guest in there . Toliey was not cleaned properly . Second room the towels had stains on them but the maintenance man with the dreads was helpful"
