"The customer service was top-notch. When airline cancellations made us miss the first night of our stay, they worked with us to refund us the night we missed. They were very efficient and courteous during the whole process. Being American, I’m not used to such efficiency and customer service. I’m very impressed. The location was also great. It’s super close to the Cheonggyecheon Stream & just 15 minute walk from Insadong & Ikseon areas. Highly recommend"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel New Seoul! The location is perfect - quiet, clean, and conveniently situated near City Hall train station. The concierge lady was very helpful during our evening check-in, making the process smooth and efficient. We appreciated that she even provided us with fresh towels daily, despite us not requiring housekeeping. The hotel's proximity to amenities like CU and Olive Young was a bonus. The hotel's location is also great for exploring nearby attractions on foot....
