"Amazing calm location, nice hotel and facilities. Very nice wellness, pool, Kneip, whirlpool and fango. Excellent to start tour from here or from nearby locations - after a little driving. Wonder, what they needed to move furniture each morning exactly 7:00. WiFi was a little shaky. Although 24 hours reception was stated, in fact it is closed exactly 21:00. Dining outside and then return after closing risking to sleep outside or to be creative - the ring or the phone service is not responding....

Stunning views, exceptional staff and service
"This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future."
