"Nice little property. The rooms were spacious but a little hot and humid even with fans. The staff were wonderful and nice. The breakfast was yummy and filling. The walk back up from the main strip is a little rough (mostly uphill) so make sure to taxi yourself if you got bags to carry. Overall a nice experience."

"Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place."

"The hotel itself was great. It had a retro feel which we loved and the staff were lovely. However, it seemed we couldn’t leave and re-enter after 10pm as we didn’t get a key to the main door. It also felt quite unsafe outside as there were many men hanging around trying to talk to you as you looked for the entrance. The entrance is quite concealed, so would be useful to be given instructions on how to find it. "

It is a quiet village which was fine for us but not a lot wothin walking distance if you are looking for soemthing lively. "The residence was good, our room was on the corner so we had a view of the lake which was amazing. The room only had a sofa bed though for both of us but the website does warn about this. The only real disappointment was the website offers a swimming pool with bar and restaurant facilities but it doesn’t open until July which the website does not warn about. Also the gardens would of been much nicer if tended to which they seem to be lacking attention but we put this down to the possibility that...
