"The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. Our dogs loved the garden! The weather wasn’t that good end of May 2023 so we couldn’t use the garden and pool so often. But it must be a paradise in sunny and hot weather. Check in was...

"Comfortable large family home. Clean and tidy with full kitchen and laundry. Loved the idyllic location, just 15-20mins walk from Bellagio centre and great supermarkets. "

"The villa has an amazing vue on the lake. Beautifull and very impressive. The house is very confortable.The access to the villa is a little complicated and not easy but this guaranty a perfect privacy...It would be a good idee to add a deepfreezer in the kitchen. adding a ice cube maker machine and a toaster would be a good idee and be convenient.
