"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives.

"Nice setting and quiet . Good breakfast. But…… Advertisement for bicycle rental, they had ONE bicycle. Sauna…. Locked not working. Window was 15 feet up, couldn’t obviously see outside. No AC heat control No fan control No knock on door for cleaning, they just walk in."

"Posizione ideale, camera accogliente, bagno pulito, grande, funzionale.

"What can I say just come back from staying at this hotel and I most say WOW it was sublime and the room was out of this world... the pictures do not do it justice I expected a average room but this junior suite with a jacuzzi bath was enormous so clean and tidy and even had its own lift to get down to the carpark...it really made my 10 year wedding anniversary a dream and the Mrs loved the surprise and more so the room.

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."
